For over 15 years I have been teaching a Combat Form of Cardio Kickboxing to his predominately female students who were looking for a great workout that incorporated real style combat fighting techniques. My teaching style is hands-on with a real world approach.
Celeste believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. She combines that notion with her clinical education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. She enjoys focusing in the head and neck area, and specializes in craniosacral therapy which includes the feet and ears. She also specializes in Thai, which is a great way to stretch your body and lengthen the muscles.
Fascial Strech Therapist
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a great alternative to preventing injuries and improving overal athletic performance. It enables individuals to improve both posture and range of motion, thus allowing functional ability to do what could not have been done before. By getting rid of pain and other limitations, FST ensures restoration of normal joint space leading to better quality sleep, stress reduction, and so much more! As for me, FST is my passion and love helping my community by givng each and every client!!

I fell in love with fitness in 2014 while working at multiple gyms gaining knowledge in athletic training, strength training, and HITT training. When I decided to become a part of the fitness community my intention was to make movement fun and not an obligation. I have been fortunate to be a part of the fitness industry where it allows me to have an positive impact on my clients, making my goal come true.

When you first become a MatrixFit client, we will conduct an individual assessment called the Functional Movement Screen to help us determine your body's specific strengths and to pinpoint any asymmetries that exist in the body. The FMS is comprised of seven fundamental movement patterns analyzing balance, mobility, and stability, which helps us to design a high-quality, individually-tailored fitness program that is specific to your needs.
